STRIPPERS, SPRAY TAN and BACHELORS don’t always mix!!!
Dear Dan,
Sorry to hear that the stripper at your stag party stained your white suit with her fresh spray tan during a lap dance! I highly suggest adding a scoop of Oxyclean to the wash before your wife-to-be sees the evidence!

Remember this? “Ganguro is an alternative fashion trend of blond or orange hair and tanned skin among young Japanese women that peaked in popularity around the year 2000, but remains evident today.”
BBC World Service, London now tells us that Britain’s naturally pasty-skinned teens are somewhat ironically jumping on this “rebellious fashion statement”. Gabby, a manba follower, says “We’re Western girls trying to be Japanese girls, trying to be Western – it seems like a funny circle to go around.”
Take a look at this video. After smearing their faces with coffee-bean powder and framing their eyes with white and black eye liner and false eyelashes, they gather round and practice the Para-Para. There really are no words…
This gives “White Trash” a whole new meaning!!

When in Japan…
Now that’s a new one for me! I happen to be doing a search on extreme tanning and came across this on wikipedia. “Ganguro is an alternative fashion trend of blond or orange hair and tanned skin among young Japanese women that peaked in popularity around the year 2000, but remains evident today.” Wondering if it is still prevalent in Japan and if my BFF “Scotland’s #1 Male Barbie” was trying to bring the Yamanba style back?! Just a random thought on a Thursday afternoon!
Has anyone seen this in Japan recently? Thoughts?
Unwelcome Tie Dye!
Just after I turned twenty-one, two of my best friends (who were older than me so I was “cool” just to be hanging out with them!) took me to Las Vegas. I was so excited! I packed my best outfits and shoes and prepared mercilessly for the trip, including total body waxing for our pool time, working out fiercely for a month to get into my bikini which should have started out a year prior but oh well, and a couple of self tanner applications on my snow white body.
The self-tanning product that I was using at the time was pretty light so I was still not satisfied come departure day. That morning I decided to do one more layer with a new product that had guide color to give me that extra boost that I was looking for. I lived in Santa Barbara at the time so we had to drive to Burbank airport to catch our flight.
We sat on the 101 freeway for hours baking in the heat and complaining about LA traffic although I was so excited to being going with the girls to Vegas I would have sat in cow poop and been happy! We finally arrive at the airport parking lot, get our bags out of the car and start walking to the terminal, myself in tow as I was so loaded down with three bags and an additional 25 outfits “just incase”! My girlfriends turn around to tell me to hurry up when all of a sudden I see looks of bewilderment creep across their faces. “What the heck is that on your shirt?” Lisa asks. “When did you change?” said Denise aka Momma. I look down and cringe. My white “Vegas, baby Vegas” boob tube was now a colorful tie-dye boob tube but not in a cute way. Oh my! I had been sweating so much that the guide color had seeped through… Not a cool move at all! Changing in between cars in the Burbank parking lot – PRICELESS!

Is it just my computer…
Or is this leg really orange!? Total Beauty posted this pic and is asking, “Can guys use self-tanner?” I sure hope they aren’t referring guys using self-tanners with that color in the picture!
But while I’m on the subject, what do you think about guys using self-tanner? Let me know your thoughts!
